My 30 Day No Alcohol Challenge - Day 8
Today, I’
m feeling a little frustrated. The scale has not moved in 10 days.
I’m drinking no alcohol, so have substantially reduced my calorie/kilojoule consumption from that.
I’m eating very little bread.
I’ve cut out snacks
I’m making healtheier food choices, even if we eat out.
I’m eating smaller evening meals
I’m eating a small but healthy breakfast and a healthy salad lunch.
By all accounts, I should be shedding pounds by now!
The only thing I have not yet fully embrace is a regular exercise regime – so I can’t even say the static weight is due to losing fat and gaining muscle.
Regular execrcise is intended to be a part of my programe and I will be re-instituting it in a couple of days.
But heaven help me! If the scale does not weigh favourably by the end of the week, I am going to have to seriously look at revising my programme! Watch this space!....
